It sounds like your wife is beginning to accept you liking to wear heels. She may not be ready/comfortable being there while you try therm on but she did go with you knowing you was looking for heels for you. Some of what you wrote could be read different ways. When she said the boots you tried at the sex shop were too high it could have been she thought the heel was too high or the price was too high or the leg shaft was to high. Also when you mentioned shoe shopping she said "for me" which if taken literally meant for her but as you wrote it could mean for you.

My ankle boots from New Look have the zip on the outside. This makes the boots more difficult to get on and do up. Has anyone else found this to be a issue ?

They are a good style for a more conservative look. They are like the styles I wear more in public as they are less obviously women's boots than a stiletto heel.

A good evening was had by all. Well apart from your wife (maybe). Did your she say anything after the event.

They would be a challenge to walk in.

I like the style/look of courts/pumps with jeans turned up. I doubt I would go public with that look as i'm more of boot wearer in public. It is provocotive but if you are happy with the look and can handle the states etc go for it.

The time you were there may have been a factor in more people noticing your heels. Especially school children as they would have finished school about 3.30pm and be on there way home.

Thats different. Might be hard to balance with such a high heel.

Courts/pumps with stiletto heels mainly, but also afew pairs of stiletto and wedge heel boots.

I have the same size shoes as one of my sister's. She has given me some of her shoes/boots. I had a sort out of some of my shoes and gave her a few pairs. She came to visit and was wearing a pair I had given her. She asked me if I recognised them (which I did). We have been shoe shopping togeather and always shoe each other new shoes wd buy.

The original boots are quite masculine looking and would get little attention in public.

A friend of mine had a black pair with a plain black band. When I first saw them I thought she had made the band to help keep the shoes on as they were loose. The band looked like a thiick piece of elastic and it didn't have any decoration ie flower ot jewels.

Not that impressed with the look of the original style picture. The platform looks like it stop short. I do like the ones posted by FastFreddy though.

They are good if you want something discrete. I would rather the heel was also black, but that is just my preference.
