  1. Welcome Sheerwhite, take a look around and get involved in the discussions and those 5 posts will be done in no time. Look forward to seeing your pictures.
  2. Ludovic I know exactly where you are coming from. My heel wearing has caused friction in my relationship, as my wife also feels heels are the lead in to full crossdressing and even gender change (really that has been brought up in discussions by her). After a few years she has allowed a few indulgences here and there, and as Freddy says it has cost me Brownie points in doing stuff for her, or helping her to do something she is interested in. Like you I am too deeply in love to put heels before my wife but you will still probably have the urges to wear them and that will need to be addressed somehow and an agreement reached. Personally I can wear my heels for solo dog walking, and more masculine (low heels) very occasionally for shopping with her. Hope you can find a happy compromise for both of you.
  3. Great to see some reviews Freddy, keep it going. :-)

    Out And About

I'm just going to reiterate Freddy's comments that you are living the dream for some of us others. I personally don't have anything to offer regarding heel wearing adventures right now but enjoy reading others experiences and the kind that you relate here Jinx are well worth reading. Thank you on behalf of all of us mainly lurkers and readers.
  5. Hope Mrs Freddy heals soon, for both of you as it's not nice seeing a loved one suffer either.
  6. No! Just no. Art maybe but they are hideous and certainly did nothing for the girls gait. Did I say NO! already?
  7. Freddy has put my feelings on that look in words better than I could. I don't like that look at all, male or female. Roll down the jeans, for a decent look, unless provoking reaction is the intent.

    Out And About

I like both of the first two pairs and would like to try something like either of them out in public. They look just right for a man but have a heel which to me is perfect.
  9. Those do look much better, also much more expensive. But if you had the cash then G.Z. would be the preferred option.
  10. I just found this on Facebook, links to a store but it has no products. Girlie shoes anyway...
  11. Pin pumps by United Nude available for pre-order, I'm not sure myself but here's the link what do you guys think?
  12. I have the older Samsung Galaxy Ace, and a digital camera which is pretty OK but don't bother with it too much for this kind of trip. I would be up for going to the museum again on a weekday if I can get a day off and if anyone's interested as it's free entry.
  13. Thank you Freddy, I had a fun day with my daughters there too. Saw some great shoes and my elder daughter is a bit of a fashionista too and loves her boots and shoes so she enjoyed it. The younger one likes any museum and says this one was a nice day out too so all in all a good day for everyone. I did find a pair of boots I would have liked too.. As for the flash, with no light up most of the exhibits wouldn't photograph at all with my phone. I could only see the picture on the screen with the pre-flash light the camera uses to auto-focus. Some of the areas are well enough lit to get good pics, and maybe with a decent camera instead of a phone cam it might be better, I hadn't really planned on pictures but ended up with 178 of them. Not all the pictures are of shoes as that would be difficult to explain to Mrs Shyguy when she browses them, so I have a few of the other displays (which were a minority anyway) of Northamptons history and a display of china and glass artwork.
  14. Maybe you could mention H4M to them, only you can decide if it seems the right thing to do and when.
  15. Here is the Tiger stripe shoes worn by me, picture enhanced a little but still rubbish. would have liked to try these too.. But they were in the display cases so definitely not for trying. There were some others to try but nothing of note really.
  16. I have loads of pics, but as I said the museum was dark and with glass cases the glare from the flash on my phone just whited everything out. Some did come out OK, and hpefully I can put up more. Was fun trying on the couple of pairs they had there for that reason, although small the red pair were comfortable and the tiger stripe platforms were a little large ;-)
  17. Sounds like a bit of a success even if the sales haven't gone to plan. Meeting new heelers and getting gifts is a bit of a bonus :-)
  18. We walked through a section which follows fashions through the 20th century including the 70's platforms and others. One interesting piece was this heelless shoe which seems to have been copied recently with someone claiming to be inventing something new... I'll try to get some more pics into the gallery or posted with my ramblings here later..
  19. In one section you are allowed to try on a few pairs of shoes which are laid out, so my daughters did so. I decided I didn't want to miss out on this either so tried on some silver platform boots, and some red platforms as seen below with my black jeans (I hope as pics were terrible) To the right of me you can see some tiger stripe platforms which I also tried on but the pic is terrible...
  20. So I made it to the museum today, took my youngest daughter and my middle daughter for a couple of hours. The Northampton museum is predominantly shoe oriented, with a small section for ceramics, and another small section on Northamptons history. The shoe exhibitions are really good though, starting in the entrance lobby. We walked around the first part of the collection and saw plenty of glass cases of shoes from the very earliest through the modern day. The museum is very dark though so photography with a phone was difficult. We were time restricted as well as the car park we used was only 3 hours max, Although the museum isn't that big so 3 hours was ample time for our quick tour.
  21. I agree with HH4evr1 they look good but would prefer a black heel too. Let us know if you get them how they work out for you.
  22. Seems to me a kid on a skateboard took her left crutch out, causing a fall and broken leg while Eoneleg was in the marina area. Have I read this right?
  23. I'm saving up for the picture :-D
  24. United Nude has a sale on with up to 50% off making the Frame Rivet shoes just $315 http://www.unitednude.com/products/womens/frame/rivet/frame-rivet-black-vegetan-leather-958
