Might put an offer in next year as the listing still has 17 days to go. Thinking about they should fit fine,

Oddities - Fun And Different Heels You'd Probably Never Wear

Seen a nice pair of Aldo heels on Ebay, I never bought a pair from Aldo so I have no idea how they size their heels. I find Heels from New look, Faith and Next fit fine. I take a uk9 wide but don't always buy in a wide sizing. The 1 pair from I bought from Topshop run small.

No sure about this VAT on free postage but I sort of understand the idea behind free postage now. These days there is nothing to gain by adding a postage charge while selling on Ebay. Seller's now get charged %10 on postage anyway. If I see a pair of heels I really want I,m going to try my best to win them. A high postage charge will not put me off. Only problem if when I receive them and they not what I expect or just don't fit or damaged then I,m going to have either return them or resale where I will lose money. I did complain to a seller about being charged £8 but she did refund me £4. Going to try to resale the two pairs that I had listed in the spring. Also going to slim down my collection even more in the new year. Two pairs I might as well throw away as the heels are damaged and don't wear them now. Hoping to win a pair of boots next week on Ebay. Postage only £4 Only thing is the listing ends at the wrong time for me. Going have to place a bid in 2 hours before hand.

Been trying to find a pair of mules for wearing around my flat, just not found any I like.

Just tried to resell My next heels and no buyers. Not going to lower my start price from £5. Only charged £4 for postage. Costs £2.80 to post but still need to take packaging into account.. Might try free postage but will put the start price higher.

Had 5 items for sell on Ebay. Had to stop 1 listing as there was a problem with the listing. Sold I pair of Pleaser heels for £6. Hoping to get most of my money back. I paid about £20 for them but never wore them as were to small. I don't know if the difference in size had anything to do with the final price. Thought it better to list them as a size uk8 then a size uk9. There is no sizing on the shoes. Had 2 other items that didn't sell at £5 where I paid £20 after bidding on them. Sign of the times maybe? As for my Topshop heels I started the bidding at £15 but are as new, they didn't sell either. Going to have a rethink about Ebay now.Do I start returning shoes to sellers if the shoes don't fit?

Had a quick look in a charity shop this morning. Found a nice pair of JustFab strappy sandals in a size 8. Don't know why I didn't try them on. I think because I a size uk9 and I don't think they would fit any way. Think I might go back and try them on anyway.

Good point will bear this in mind when I take full shots of myself..

Bought these two pairs before I bought pair 5 but some how forgot to write about them. Bought them at my first world heel meet in London. Pair on the right I used to wear all the time. The pair on the left I didn't wear that much. Little bit to high for me with the heel being just under 6" high and I couldn't wear them that long. Tried them on the other day and found I could walk in them fairly easy around my flat and wore them for about 4 hours with out any problems. Both pairs are from L.S.B and must be over 20 years old. The inner lining on the left pair is becoming worn now on one shoe.

Going to sell three pairs on Ebay. 2 pairs have bids on them already and the other pair might not sell as I put a higher start price on them
-
The first pair that I returned, I wasn't completely sure if the shoes were defective or not so I didn't make a big deal out of it. The second pair which could be the same pair as the first pair I returned I did get the return costs back.
-
Returned the second pair back couple of weeks ago. In the end I lost £7.20 on having to return them. Seller never did say if the heels were faulty or not. Shame I had to return this pair. They were turning into the pair I liked the most.

Heels Wanted For Fundraising

I just noticed that the opening poster has now got a pair of heels to wear. I found this out on the other site. I do find it very annoying that he came on here asking for help and then you don't hear from him. -

Did see a pair of beige platforms with a nice bow and a high heel in a size uk8 in charity shop Saturday. -
There is a link to her online website on the other site. I understand that there can be manufacturing faults from time to time. I was getting good comms from the seller and I gave the seller the chance to sort this out easy. I would of double check that the replacement shoes were prefect but this is not acceptable.
-
Just sent the seller an message via Ebay . Explaining the faults with this pair. There is also slight damage to one of the heels. These are not a new pair of heels. Told her that I,m expecting my postage costs back as well. She has an online shop as well.

Got the shoes back today. I think I,ve been sent back the same pair. There is a crease on the left shoe near the top which was there on the original pair I was sent. the cracks are still there on both shoes and there seem to be some wear around the buckles and the holes. Going have to give the seller a ring on Monday. Might take them to a local cobbler and see what has to say. The box measurements are 29x26x9.5. Which make this a medium parcel. When I go to sell items I make the box to fit the items inside it. When means I cut the box down to fit the heels. Stops heels from moving about and cuts the weight down.

I did double check the Nine west heels and were a size 8uk. Not only that I can tell just by looking at them if they were a size 6uk. -

Did find 2 pairs of Nine west in a size 8 but was to small. Also found a pair 8/42 from New Look in a charity shop but never tried them on. Had a new woman friend with me at the time. -

Do you ever find any heels in a size 9uk in charity shops. -
The seller is going to exchange them for another pair.. Once I get them back I well double check the box measurements. I don't think the post office woman took any measurements of the parcel so could of charged me for a medium box but maybe I should of been charged for a small parcel.

Just checked the Royal mail web site.To post a medium size parcel weighing between 501 and 1000 grammes 2nd class recorded, which this parcel was costs £6.30. This parcel weighed spot on 1000 grammes. As for the other pair I returned. they did still have the tags on one shoe. At first I thought the tag was causing the click but it wasn't.
