Not sure till I get there how long my appointment would take. Could be awhile if they run later or if they need to run tests. Its at the Royal Free hospital. Not sure how far this is from the meeting place.

Go for the cheaper one and a new pair of shoes with the money saved.

Welcome. Had you found this site before you met fastfreddy or did he recomend it too you?
I also wear heels with male clothes. Look forward to getting to know you.
I too like the avatar

I'm in London on the 9th May for a hospital checkup at 11.15. If anyone is there in the afternoon I would be able to meet up.
-
I went to the doctors the other day and wore a pair of knee high boots that are nearly flat, under jeans with a shirt.
Whilst waiting for the doctor I had afew people notice and take another look.. This was a bit of a supprise as they make noise.
-
I don't know how you resisted buying them this long.
-
WARNING Thigh high boots get really warm. Though with the cold weather we get lately you should get a pair as soon as possible
-
All three pairs are nice. I would like to try a higher wedge heel at some point. Mine are about 4" max.

Not sure if these have appeared before on here, but they seem ideal public heels. They are £80 on american apparels uk site and are made up to a uk8
I work in my local community center and they have various types of dance lessons and they look like some of the tap dancing shoes.
They would be fine for wearing in public.
-
You should have tried them on to check that you didn't slip through the front. Then you could buy a pair.
-
Patent shoes don't stretch much. I had some really nice patent shoes, but gave them to my sister as they were too tight. I went and tried the bigger size but they were too big.
-
I don't think I want to be locked in heels, as I like the option to take them off as soon as they get uncomfortable. Especially with new shoes.
-
I was going to wear the above mentioned boots today, but when doing up the first one the zip came open at the bottom whilst done up at the top.
It wouldn't open fully. I was just able to remove it, though it took around ten minutes. After removing the boot the zip worked ok again. I didn't try to put it on again as I was in a hurry to go out.
-
Wear which ever pair you want. The boots should be easier to walk in and under long trousers/jeans they could look like cowboy boots.
The shoes would more likely get people noticing you were wearing heels.
-
What do you think?
They are ok. Don't like them enough to get myself a pair.
-
What prompted your move into wearing heels, Rather than just admiring them?
I tried a pair on and from that day started wearing them as often as I could.
I wore them indoors for years before finding sites like this for men wearing heels and after reading of men wearing heels in public I brought some block heeled ankle boots and started wearing them in public too.
-
I have had a few close calls using stairs whilst wearing heels, fortunately I was holding the handrail.
-
Sounds like you had a good outing and brought some nice shoes.
You will soon be needing some 4 1/2 inch heels
-
I started by liking to look at heels on women before I tried wearing them myself.
-
Like the boots. I nearly got a pair recently, but they didn't have my size.
I'm not so keen on the platforms ( they look ok, but I wouldn't get a pair), but if you like them then thats what matters.

Reviewed these on the Next website. The review won't say I'm male but the company can see.

Shame they don't have your size. They would be a nice addition to anyones shoe collection.
