  1. About £2000 on my avairy. The shed was about £600 the wire part was £1000 (both were custom made by seperate companies so they would join togeather) and then with creating an internal cage, nest boxes, perches, feed bowls, toys etc about £400.

I have repaird the concrete floor and roof recently and that must have cost another £300.

The birds cost £375 ( Jo, female african grey) and £600 (Jake, male african grey)

  2. I wasn't sure if there would be any size 10, i had alot of messages from a new member on the other sites after welcoming him to the forum. He wanted to get boots and messaged me questions. He asked where I live and I said near Stevenage, so he wanted to meet up there.

See your pm for more info.

I will warn him he may be out of luck finding a pair.

  3. I ordered a pair of mink (colour) wedge boots from Next. Picked them up today. They are going to be returned, as they don't have a zip opening they are quite hard to get on, the fit was ok for my foot but the leg shaft is too big.

  4. They can be a bit strange at times. Ping pong ball in a litter tray of water was one of my kittens strange likings.

This was an accidental finding after her ball landed in her drinking water. I was out at the time, but my parents said she tried to get the ball out with her paw for ages. I got another spare litter tray and put water in it and another ball. She loved it.

  5. Nice outing in heels apart from catching your heel.

Both pairs you tried on sound nice.

    Like the photo too.

The sales person may have been waiting to see if they could make a sale or they may not have seen a man trying on heels.

  6. A second kitten may be a good idea. They could play togeather, while you work. It seams as though the one you have prefers you to Mrs Freddy. So another one may be needed for her to coo over.

Your kitten has nearly learnt to fetch if it already carries a ball. I know afew people whos cat fetched a toy when thrown.

My kitten (died about 5 years ago) used to love playing with a ping pong ball in a box for ages. Good for when I was out or busy. I also hid her dry food so she had to search for it.

Toy spiderr attached witth string to a stick was her favourite and could be used to help use up her excess energy. They have some good toys in Pets At Home.
