I have often thought prices could be extra high to start of with and even ehen in a sale the store would be making a profit.

Some of the under cover programs on the tv say how much the item costs to make (low cost of materials and low wages). The company making them make a profit. Then there is a chain of buying and selling before the end customer that each add a little/ a lot to the buying price.

There are some court shoes in the local Matalan. The heels may be a bit low for you though. Their summer shoes are mainly flat, they still have a few pairs boots but none with much of a heel.

I was in Matalan Wednesday and brought a pair of shoe boots. While trying them on in the isle a sales girl came and advised me that there was a bench around the corner if I wanted to use it whilst trying on shoes. She didn't seam phased that I was trying on ladies shoes.

Don't you just hate stepping on chewing gum.

I don't have any hidden treasures, as I rotate the pairs I wear regularly.

The t-bar shoes are nice. I have afew pairs that are similar.

As advised flats by my cousin. At present I am liking alot of the ladies flat shoes around for the summer. Not sure if I would get shoes that are this girly though.

Hospital checkup is booked for Thursday 8th May 2014 9.45am. (Letter received yesterday) so anyone who would like to me up in London ?

Mine are hidden as my parents don't like the fact I like womens shoes and boots, so I respect that they don't want to see them. I also don't wear heels when with them.

Those are very nice, might be a better fit in the girly shoes thread though rather than unusual or probably never wear.

I prefer the look of the visible heel, but a lower visible heel with extra hidden height could work for those who want less people to notice.

Oxford Street it is then. I hope to be there as soon as possible. There are some good shops etc on Oxford Street.

I was thinking along the same line. Don't want to wear something that would make others uncomfortable to be seen with me
