  1. Welcome to Heels4mem. Don;t be quiet since we need more active members on here. Its getting boring with just me and 1 other posting most of the stuff on here. I have started to cut down on the amount of posts I put on here. No one wants to add anything to posts so it seems just a waste of time me posting anything.

I have myself noticed, a seller of this brand recently. I was tempted by these:

    Leatherworks mules 2016.jpg

Starting price was in the 'affordable' price range, with only one bidder so far.

    Tempted/tempting ... :D

You may find both pairs shown  are from the same seller. I did notice that he also had a pair shown here listed but not in my size. I remember some time ago I did buy a pair of heels from leatherworks like the pair shown here but with a slingback strap. There was no way I could fit my feet in them so got returned.

I even managed to find a photo of the pair I'm talking about.

  3. I have a major problem when it comes to shoes  with ankle straps. Sometimes I can do them up easy or on the rare occasion I just can't do them up. Those last heels shown could be a major problem for me That strap seems to be placed right in the wrong place for me to be able to do up easy.. Knowing my luck if i had to sell them on again I expect to onlty get half what I paid for them.

I can't do those straps up the River Island heels. Not a problem I thought, those straps can be removed and I have another pair of straps I could use. I thought those replacement straps would be longer but are not, but on the heels they come of from I can do up easy. Both sets of straps  are set on different parts of my ankle.

  4. Made a bid on this pair last night sort of got out bid at the last moment. I could of put  another higher bid in but they went for £45 in the end. It was a private listing which sort of put me off and i don't want to pay over retail price. Still a very good looking shoe.

  5. I am also doing some research into CL shoes. I think the So Kate Model would be a better fit then the Pigalle model for me any way.  I think I might have to go to a CL store in the end.Try a few pairs on and find the model that suits me best. I don't think the pair I bought were fake. Truth I am sort of glad I was able to return that pair I bought. Might be worth spend a little more and get a new pair from a shop.

  6. It is very rare for me to leave negaive these days. With sellers being forced to give full refunds including return postage I see no need to give any feedback at all.. I only give negative feedback if the seller gives me hard  time  in trying  to avoid giving me a refund or II don't receive a full refund.

Bought 2 more pairs of high heels from Ebay. One pair from River Island and the other pair from Faith.

Still looking for a pair of CL  heels,. after a pair of the So Kate Model. These are meant to have a wider but shorter toe box. Going to be more careful this time.

  8. I didn't  fondle those shoes that much. Sort of took them out of the box, took  some photos. and put them back in the box.I did managed to check something out whist I had those heels out. Just comparing them to another pair of heels that I own. I explain in more details with photos once I have my refund.

I understand why she gave me her works address. She know she be at work and would have to go the post office to colllect them but had I posted to that address she could claim that I never returned them.I have been onto Ebay chatrooms and have been told it be ok to send by the label provided by Ebay.

How stupid am I? Didn't even think to look.  :D  (It was late. ;))

Your not the stupid one,  I,m the stupid one. Should of known better i did see that they were listed as a size !0uk and should of asked the seller what the true sizing is.. Sort of rushed in and made couple of offers which she accepted. As the photo showing the size, it,s not that clear. The amount of times I spot a listing with the wrong details is unbelievable. It's a lot.

Going have to speak to the seller as I have already have them. Not sure how to go about this. Ebay might not give  a refund if they think I got the size wrong.

Did manage to take a heel measurement, which is 130mm

Did say this morning that I,m not have much luck on Ebay at the monent.  Well I had another item delivered today. Completely wrong item sent. Another item needs returning. Not lookjng good for me at the moment, with me having to open all these Ebay cases.

  10. Not sure there is a happy ending here though ... I think the biggest womens size they do is a 42. I am going to be amazed if the ones you have bought are a UK10. I think the seller is confused and they are a US10 (UK8.)

I think you could be right. I thought that was as over sight of sight from the seller.  Had another look at the photos, They show them as a size 40 which is a size 7 maybe 8uk. The photo not that clear but they could be a 41. Explains why the heel look

Not doing very well on Ebay at the monent.
