I`m married to a filipina and we have a house at phils, so we go there regulary..

For myself on an everyday use, I prefer rough boots with heels. Indoors for other activities the feminin style is okay, but still I prefer boots compare to shoes..

I just remembered a while back I used my 4" boots to the barbershop. When the hairdresser, young female, should blowdry my hair, she had to plug the blower in the electric output...which was located at the floor level where I had my feet. I had a feeling she changed a bit when we continue talking and I also have a feeling she was looking at me slightly different after that. But no comments or no laugh and I broke another barrier..

If I could fit into women size, I would go in a normal store. But, size 44/45 EU has big limitations. Therefore custom made. I pay about 150 £ for a pair of kneeheigh, leather boots with leather sole. And they fit as a glove and are very comfortable. And the best part, they can make any style I like....

Philippines is really different so to see a white man ordering high heels is really something special. And each time I`m there, there are many new employees. Anyway, they do a good job to a fairly good price. Nothing beat custom made. I dont have any pics from the me trying on new boots, but I have pics to ad to the forum. I tried yesterday, but I did not get it to work. Maybe I need more time on the forum before I`m allowed to ad pics?

Could u not bring them to a cobler to have them repaired?

Before I only bought my heeled footwear from internet stores, except from a couple of time I bought in the stores, but never tried them on. A few years back I bought my first pair custom made, so first they measured my feet, then shoelasts had to be made, and when the final product were done, I had to try them on in the store. This is at the Philippines and in the shop there are both men and women working. And ofcourse everybody have to look when a tall, bigfooted, white man is buying high heeled footwear. Maybe I get used to it in the future...hehe

It`s sad to trow them away, but that will be the final resoult. I dont want to go through the struggle to sell pair by pair for a low amount of money. Then it cost me more to do the wrapping and drive to and from the postoffice. In the collection its also one pair of pumps from The Little Shoebox with 6" heels. I give it one more try...and then junkyard next...

I tried to sell all mine a while back...but the responce is almost 0. Now I plan to give them away or throw them away at the scrapyard.. These are shoes and boots bought over the years from different shops. After I had some boots custom made, I no longer har any interest of the old, but almost not used, footwear. Myself I would not buy used male footwear thow..

I`m very comfortable wearing heels and I wear long pants that cover most of the heels. So far I have never got any comments on that... Once I used my 5" heel boots and shorter pants and some youth had a good laugh, but when I use long pants, I have never noticed anything form anyone.

I`m a norwegian man who wear heels on an everyday basis, but not everywhere. Favorite heels is boots with 4" or 5" block heels. Since I wear size 44/45 EU, I can not find my size in the stores, except from fetish footwear, so I have my footwear custom made. My bravest moment wearing heels were at the dentist, that was weird sitting in the dentist chair and no place to hide the heels. I`m still surpriced I survived that day.. Pictures will come soon...
