Did Anyone Else Know About This Event?

I was just browsing around Youtube and saw a video about the "walk a mile in her shoes" events. I followed some links and found this Facebook page which says thet a walk in her shoes event in London supposed to take place today (19-6-11) has been postponed.

Hmmm.

Odd it wasn't more widely publicised here in the UK, perhaps by the mainstream media? Though I suspect it's still more of an American gig?

Wasn't there an event for the charity at Westfield last time? [That none of us went to! ] I'd happily pay £15 to spend an afternoon [slow mile] walking around Westfield.

No indication why it was postponed, though arranging it for Fathers Day was about the 4th worst choice possible [after the 3 big Christian holidays].
