Thanks FF,, I walk in an inner city park where there is a track for runners and walkers. It is easy to measure distances using google earth too. With heeled hiking boots they are particularily comfortable, maybe more comfortable than flats, as I'm sure I don't walk that far in flats. 3 hour lunch breaks are great, but now with only two hours I can't do so much these days

If retail shoe shops who sell to both male and female were to place heeled boots with a particular design suited to men in the men's section, it would be surprising what the uptake would be of men. Think of Cuban heels, disco shoes, loafers with a block heel etc. not stilettos which are not particularly suitable for day wear or are not regarded as men's wear in the mainstream.

I have two. Urgent pair of similar looks, one pair are a replacement for one identical pair that I loved so much I wore out three sets of heel tips, then the sole came off as well so I bought another identical pair. I was walking about 30 kilometers a week in them so after 6 months which would be about 100 k or so they fell apart. The other pair are slightly higher being 4 1/4" heel rather than the 4" heel. They are so comfortable I could wear them all day. The longest non stop walk I did was 8 Kim Love your style, thanks for sharing

Like your style in boots, all are really well suited to men, pity more do not take up the chalenge

Hi from newzealnd, this is a difficult site to register into ,lots of backward and forward then give up in disgust, but I have finally cracked the system and managed to get loved in with my own password too. I love wearing heels, mainly around home, sometimes up to 12 hours in the day,when out of town, I like to go for a walk, I now have a pair of boots with a full 4" heels and quite sturdy for walking. I. Wear them inside my trousers, and few people notice, those who do don't say anything which is great. I will when the opportunity arises, where them in the street with trousers inside, but that has not happened yet. I meet up occasionally with another fellow who where 6" stilettos all the time with a short skirt as part of his suit. Often with out hose, but does have problems when his feet sweat with having no hose on.

I wish such designs were easily found here, they look awesome, they are not to feminine so can be worn in public so much easier
