I was just browsing around following a Facebook link when I came upon this website. The pictures there show a load of random parts which have elasticated straps to hold the bits on your feet. Various heel and front part styles can then be paired to give a different look each time.

The site linked above gives more examples of how they look when worn. Definitely not my thing, but piqued my interest when I saw the site.
