Why is it the heel height get the blame for feet pain and deformation, when the real truth is undersize, cheap and pointy shoes which really is cousing this problem.
If the footwear is high quality and fit your foot, the heel height is not really the foot killer.
my two cents...

I have a few times used the same 4" boots in the cantine of my work.
Becouse we have to use plast "socks" to cover the shoes, this has worked fine.
There are some noice from the kitchen and from the fans, so the heel noice on the floor is not so noticeable as I was afraid of.
But when I put on the socks and take them off again, it is easy to be spottet....
I will take some pics at home and show how this look like...

I liked the one from hungary...fantastic for being so simple.

I have always hidden my heeled footwear in a closet, but now I have my 4" and 5" block heel boots in the hallway open for anyone to see.
My wife`s and my boots are stacked up on a small rack.
Do you have your heeled footwear out in the open or are they all hidden away.?
I like to see the footwear when I move around in the house..

I hade myself a new pair of boots made at the Philippines with 2 inch visuable heel and 2" hidden heel.
I thought as long as my foot is elevated as normal 4" heels, I would be happy.
But I really miss the visuable heel...and they look a kind of clumpsy..
I regret I did not make them 3" visuable heel and 1" hidden. I may bring them back next time and have them changed.
My plan is to use them at work so I can have the high heel feeling without being concerned anyone will notice I wear high heels...
What is the most important for you? Have the high heel feeling without the visuable heel or is the visuable heel a must?

I more have in mind that if for some reason my wife will not accept and she will leave me, I will continue my life alone.
I have my boots and my motorcycles...do a man need more??

My wife dont like men wearing heels outdoors...
But we are in a situation that I say i will wear my block heel boots outdoors, even if she like it or not.
I will however never wear stilettos outdoors. So we have an agreement on that.
If she want to live with me, she also have to accept that I prefer to wear heels.
I`m just to old to be controlled by my wife or anybody else.
My way or the highway...
I think men are to weak on this point.
Why do we need the partners acceptance all the time.
But ofcourse, we might end up loosing the partner and that is a risk I will take.

I have many plattform shoes in size US 5/6 for mye wife...and a few pairs for myself size US 13.
On my last trip to the Philippines I brought 2 of the pairs to my shoemaker to make a simular pair for my wife and myself.
I really like this style footwear, but for myself, I would prefer them to have 5" between toe and heel instead of original 4".
So I had the shoemaker to ad an extra inch at the back of the shoes.
I never planed for my wife to know I had a simular pair made, but since she know about my passion for heels, I was not concerned if she ever found out.
Hower...I never expected her reaction when she saw them. "WOW, we both have the same shoes."
Make sure you bring both pair back to Norway so we can use them together having sex.
Once at the Philippines we did wear the shoes and I have never seen her so turned on before...
So the future look good..

I read an article some years back that one of the problems with men and legpain is a resoult of always wearing flats and walking to much on concret and steel floors.
The doctor who made this article, adviced men to use some heels on there footwear.
I have been struggling with leg pain for many years, and wearing high heels helps out a lot.
Any other with same experience?

Found different model at a ... different store.
I tried them on, but they are a little tight on the top of the foot. Didn't take them but I'm still on the edge, I might go back and hope they stretch. But need to convince the wife first...
If u fill up a small plastic bag with water, put the plastic bag inside the boot...and put it in the freezer...
When the water freeze to ice, the boot will expand and strech..

The last 6-8 months or so I have been using my 4" heels boots on an everyday basis, more or less everywhere I go as to and from work, shopping for grocceries, any other store or shopping center etc etc.
This morning on my way to work I had to stop at a machineshop to check some equipment being made for us.
So I walk in to the office, sat down with my contact person, we had a long talk, we took a walk in the workshop, back in the office...and after about 30 min I continue to my own working place.
And this was done without being any nervouse or feeling uncomfortable.
so another milestone is reached..
Pic of the boots..(and me)

The struggle is that we have to go to Oslo for her to take a biometric test = fingerprints and face picture... to the amount of 180 pound.
But since we are 500 km away from Oslo, it`s a long drive inclusive an overnight stay and ofcourse this has to be done during weekdays...so I need at least 2 days off work.
She dont really need a visum, she just need some papers stating that she is married to a norwegian...and that include the biometric test.
So until she is a norwegian citizen, we stay away from UK....
