FastFreddy2 282 Report post Posted January 15, 2011 I've been to HoF in London Oxford Street, the stores in Milton Keynes, Lakeside, Bluewater, Westfield and Reading. Always had a good experience and yet to see an eyelid flutter when I've asked to try on a pair of shoes. Had a problem with some returns that went back a little late to Westfield. Spoke to a Manager there face to face over the womans shoes I'd bought for me, and getting them accepted back into stock. Not at all phased and happy to help me.
