FastFreddy2 282 Report post Posted July 7, 2009 Three years ago I registered a couple of business names with Companies House to protect the business I'd started 10 months previously. [My then business partner had just hijacked "our" business from underneath me.] Now some 30 months later, I'd in the do-do for not meeting my statutory commitments. Apparently, this is not unusual, and MANY companies are 'thrown away' for this reason. Late submission is so expensive, it's easier/cheaper to start over ..... I'm busy getting my paperwork up to date. It's even worse than decorating, so not much fun. [On a par with sticking pins in your eyes.] While it would have kept me busy for 20-30 minutes a week if I'd kept it topical, it was a job that could always be done; ma
