  1. Thanks fast Freddy, when people have been drinking, they like to speak their mind which can be fun and a lot of laughs, i didnt take any of them too seriously, some were genuinely interested asking  if it were to make a statement or just for fun, so I replied, just for fun. he shook my hand and off he went.

  2. what are your thoughts to this ensemble? tight skinny jeans and Pleaser Heat 2010 boots. wore them  at 3.00 am when the streets were filling with people out of the clubs. a lot of people noticed, a lot of compliments and a few questions. even had a woman get down on the ground to feel the heels and check how high they were. it was a rather exhilarating experience

  3. Just home again from four days out of town. I wore a pair of tight skinny jeans with 5" chrome heel pleaser heat 2010 boots. As it was a long drive and a saturday night, the first town I stopped at there were a lot of people out of the pubs on street. I have often read that 'no one ever notices'. When wearing these boots this is a longway from the truth when the public are young semi intoxicated youths. Some giving me high fives while one gentleman in particular yells "What the fuck'.  The next city I got to as the clubs were closing so lots of people on the streets, while one person yelled similar comments, the girls really loved them, some getting on the ground to check out the 5" chrom heel and check it height. Another gentleman cought up with me asking why, was I trying to make a statement or was itfor fun, so I told him it was for fun. Latter I went into a Bar, that wasn't easy as they had a one way door policy as they were near closing, but one woman really liked me and told the bouncer too let me in as I hadn't been drinking. In the bar no comments at all. for the next few day I wore my 5" ankle boots with boot cut jeans, went into service stations, shops and stores etc, being daytime, absolutley no comments at all, occasionaly a second glance and that was all and again on my way home I stopped by a bar for a beer, no comments at all. I was buzzing after such a wonderful experience. when peole are drunk maybe they speak their mind a lot more but at no time was there any aggression.

  4. The most awesome walk i have ever taken was today in my new stiletto heeled low cut ankle boots, i had just stepped out when i met a young women wearing 5" wedge heels and had legs up to her armpits. She loved to see men wearing heels, so after i offered her a smoke we walked together to her destination which was close to where i was going. It was so awesome walking with someone with so much in common. Both of us walked about the same speed and just chtted along the way. I wasnt even aware of my surroundings as i still tend to be keeping an eye out for anyone taking undue attention, not that that really happens, as i am sure more would have been looking at her rather than at me

  5. I have uploaded a couple of pics of my new low cut ankle boots. They are size 9 but fitted, just a tad tight. They didnt have size 10 in black only a dark red. Anyway, the size 9 ns were great around home etc, but when i went to wear them for a walk, being a little tight made them uncomfortable, so i decided to to buy a pair of the dark red in my size. Again they are a beutiful heel and easier to walk in than pumps or courts, as one does not tend to occasionaly step out of the shoe. Inreally would like. A pair of calf length, point toe stiletto boots, but they just arent available in any of the regular shoe shops. The ankle boots on sale. Cost $25. Nz a pair

  6. Thanks for your kind words Freddy. If I don't feel 60, so why should I look 60? I bought my first ever pair of running shoes the other day to keep up with our stupid dog. I feel that walking in heels has really helped my leg muscles because I can run 1.5 k with out stopping, which is probably a first for me as I have never been into running. I still weight 67kg, not carrying to much weight helps too

  7. Thanks Freddy, yes I agree I don't really like the colour of these shoes, I bought them more for their height and comfort, with little thought about what may or may not go with them. Blue was an option, and I think I would be tempted to wear blue out publicly, but I think more suitable for evening wear as opposed to daytime

  8. I would like to see a thread or forum where one can post 'comments overheard' or ' comments heard'

At times I have heard comments from within a group of people nearby, or on a one to one basis where someone has commented directly to me. I am sure many others here will have a few one liners or conversations they would like to share.

I was siting on a park bench near a walk way, i was wearing my heeled hiking boots with all the heel fully visable, as it is difficult to cover them when seated, then along came three women passing by, one said to the other, 'here, check this out'. Then as as they passed by, one says. ' hi'. I have many more stories and comments, but if there is somewhere where comments heard both positive and not so positive can be shared may help other newcomers to the site

  9. Thanks for your comments, it was one of those times when I was felling confident in a particular look, however with these new boots which are an inch higher. Than I have been wearing and with higher elevation I could no longer cover all of boot, and the stretch jeans were tight around the boot when over boot without cuffs turned up. It made we then wonder, what does look better. A guy in daytime in 5" heels may not be a common sight, but if someone does notice, it needs to at least look in style. Baggy trousers over looks clumsy and is if one is ' pretending' that they aren't wearing heels and no one will notice, so to be bold, go slim fit, and show with style seems to me to be more positive.

  10. I have uploaded 3 pics of some new ankle boots I bought $17.00 for the pair so how could I not buy them. They have a full 5" heel plus another 1/2" inside of the heel. With a 3/4" platform. Not so great for long walks but 2 kilometers is ok. I deed pics with cuff turned up and some with cuffs down interested in what your preference is, I have found cuffs down tend to suit my style better, but St

    Till interested in your thoughts

  11. Thanks love4 heels, they are so comfortable to wear, I just love to walk and walk in them, usually between 4 and 6 kilometers in a two hour lunch break, then multiply that by four days a week and the boots wear out about 100 kilomtres so need heel tips, do heel tips twice then the boots are stuffed.

  12. New pic uploaded wearing skinny jeans and 4" heeled hiking boots. Had a young skate boarder come by. " are they your boots you're wearing ? , yes they are my boots. " they are so awesome" , yes they are very comfortable for walking in" is that a heel they have?" yes a small heel. "they are so cool" then off he went

  13. Thanks Freddy for your comments. I had one gent say to me ' like your boots'. Then later when I looked around, he had taken pics of me as well. On the same short walk, a small group of younger men were drinking, some were laughing when they saw my boots, then one ca,e over to a nearby fence and said ' excuse me, do you relies that they are women's shoes you are wearing?" I told him they were men's 'shoes' and very comfortable to walk in. So two event one short walk. You will olive the back ground even more buildings being demolished.
